Wesley Lawrence Steinman was a force of nature. A man of many talents, he believed that there is good in everyone, and that collectively we could make the world a better place. His passion for life took him to California, where he helped  the United Farm Workers win better pay and working conditions from the growers who exploited them. He participated in  non-violent demonstrations against nuclear proliferation.

  A gifted musician and author, Wes wrote prodigiously and performed on guitar and piano. His voice was indescribably beautiful. He recorded many of his songs in the basement studio built by his father Sam  His signature composition, "He Had A Dream", was written as a tribute to one of his role models, Dr. Martin Luther King, and plays here to honor Wesley's memory and the indelible imprint he left on this world
